Certified Physicians Assistant
Health and wellness have always been important parts of my life. Growing up in a large family that valued a holistic approach to well-being, I developed an early appreciation for how lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive care impact overall health. This natural interest led me to pursue a degree in health science at Ave Maria University. During this time, I explored various internships to help discern the best career path. As I gained experience in counseling, teaching, and healthcare, I realized that medicine was the perfect culmination of these other fields, as being a provider requires educating, counseling, and guiding patients toward better health. This realization led me to pursue a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at FSU College of Medicine.
Early in my career, I saw the limitations of conventional medicine—where symptom management often took priority over addressing root causes. While working in a holistic family practice, I witnessed firsthand how functional medicine could transform lives by treating chronic conditions like mold toxicity, adrenal fatigue, gut dysbiosis, hormonal imbalances and much more. Through nutrition, detoxification, and targeted therapies, patients achieved long-term wellness rather than temporary relief.
Now, with years of experience in both primary care and functional medicine, I am thrilled to co-found Harmony Health Clinic with my husband. My goal is to empower patients to take control of their health using food as medicine, supplements as support, and pharmaceuticals only when truly necessary. I’m excited to share this passion with the community and help patients achieve lasting wellness.
