We don't bill insurance directly, but we can give you a super-bill receipt so you can submit it for reimbursement. We do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA funds to pay for services. We can apply your insurance to lab orders, tests, or imaging costs. No, we only have 1 office in Naples at 538 10th St N. With that said, our online medical supplement shop and Telemedicine services are available to all Florida residents. Also, our mobile CDL doctor provides on-site DOT medical exams to employers anywhere across Florida.
