Mobile CDL Exams for Employers Across Florida
CDL Doctor Offering On-site DOT Physicals
Facility Requirements
To meet FMCSA compliance and patient privacy standards for on-site exams, your facility must have:
1) Private Room- A private room to maintain confidentiality as required by HIPAA
2) Private Restroom- A non-public bathroom for the required urinalysis & optional drug test.
3) Office Equipment- Must be able to print/email medical cards on-site.

How many exams can be done per hour? I can typically complete up to 5 exams per hour, but that number can vary based on the complexity of each associate’s medical history, medication list, or if additional documentation is needed.
Is there a Spanish version of the DOT exam form? No. According to FMCSA regulations, all commercial drivers must be proficient in English, including the ability to read road signs and communicate clearly. This requirement extends to the medical exam, which must be completed in English without translation.
Do you provide documentation for DOT audits or compliance files? Yes. After your drivers are examined, we can provide digital and/or paper copies of the Medical Examiner's Certificate and long form for your records. This ensures you’re always ready for a DOT audit.
Do you offer mobile DOT physicals for school bus drivers or municipalities? Absolutely. We regularly partner with school districts, public works departments, and municipal transportation divisions to provide convenient on-site CDL exams for bus drivers, utility operators, and more.
