6. Payment & Billing
Harmony Health Clinic uses:

Square for website shop purchases

Helcim for in-office payments and telemedicine transactions
By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method.
We do not accept insurance. Patients may request a superbill, but we do not guarantee reimbursement.

8. Supplements & CBD

10. Appointment Policies
By booking an appointment, you agree to follow clinic scheduling policies.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Missed appointments or appointments canceled late are not refunded.

Prepaid packages or programs cannot be prorated, transferred, or refunded.

All text, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, and branding on the Site are the property of Harmony Health Clinic.
