By accessing this Site, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of this Site.

• A clinical relationship with Harmony Health Clinic begins only after a completed intake, consent forms, and payment are submitted and accepted.

• Online content does not replace evaluation by a licensed medical professional or your primary care physician.

3. Telemedicine Services

• Telehealth services are available only to Florida residents.

• Telemedicine visits require valid identification and compliance with Florida law.

• Telemedicine is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.

• Harmony Health Clinic uses Google Meet via Google Workspace, which is HIPAA-compliant.

• Telehealth may involve limitations, including the inability to perform a physical exam.

4. Age Requirements

• Individuals under age 18 may use the Site and may receive services only with parental or legal guardian consent.

• A parent or guardian must accompany minors at all appointments unless otherwise allowed by Florida law.

5. No Refunds, Returns, or Replacements

By receiving services or purchasing any product from Harmony Health Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements are offered for:

  • Clinic visits (including chiropractic, functional medicine, weight loss, Cavi-Lipo, or any other service)

  • Telemedicine visits

  • Supplements

  • CBD products

  • Lab testing

  • Packages or programs

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations

  • Unused services or unused/unopened products

This policy applies universally and without exception.

6. Payment & Billing

Harmony Health Clinic uses:

• Square for website shop purchases

• Helcim for in-office payments and telemedicine transactions

By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method.

We do not accept insurance. Patients may request a superbill, but we do not guarantee reimbursement.

7. Shipping Policy

• Products may be shipped directly to you or picked up in the clinic.

• Shipping costs, delivery times, and methods vary.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or third-party vendors.

8. Supplements & CBD

• Supplements and CBD products sold by Harmony Health Clinic are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Products may interact with medications or medical conditions. Always consult with a healthcare provider before use.

• It is your responsibility to use products safely and as directed.

9. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Functional medicine, chiropractic care, weight-loss services, Cavi-Lipo, and nutritional programs involve individual variability.
Harmony Health Clinic does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, response, or improvement.

10. Appointment Policies

By booking an appointment, you agree to follow clinic scheduling policies.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Missed appointments or appointments canceled late are not refunded.

• Prepaid packages or programs cannot be prorated, transferred, or refunded.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, and branding on the Site are the property of Harmony Health Clinic.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute Site content without written permission.

12. Data Collection & Privacy

By using the Site, you consent to the collection of non-identifying analytics data.

We use:

• Google Analytics 4, which collects non-identifiable technical data (browser, device, approximate location).

• Cookies, with an opt-out banner on the Site.

• Setmore for appointment scheduling, which securely collects personal information needed to book visits.

• Google Workspace (Google Meet) for HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

We do not:

• Sell, share, or rent any personal data

• Collect sensitive information without consent

• Store medical information on the public website

All voluntarily submitted patient information is protected under HIPAA within our internal systems.

13. User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false information

• Misuse appointment systems

• Attempt to bypass security

• Use the Site to harass, spam, or defraud
